HM Electrical completed an EICR survey of a property I was looking to buy, and then off the back of their report they quoted and completed a full rewire of the property for me. Reece and Josh worked hard on the property over several weeks (including through this summer's heatwaves) and were friendly throughout with a can-do attitude, even when the property presented typical Victorian house challenges. Hector and the guys advised on optimising layout for lighting and sockets, and assisted with ordering the correct fittings for these, and took care of all the essentials like heat and smoke alarms for me. They completed the work within the original quoted rewire, and kept me informed of progress and any issues throughout - many thanks to Hector, Reece and Josh, recommend HM Electrical.
